Whether it be in Flagler Beach, Palm Coast, or St. Augustine, being able to get on your boat behind your house and go out and play, is a great thing! This area has some of the least expensive waterfront properties in all of Florida. In Flagler Beach, there are even homes that are directly on a salt water canal with Atlantic ocean access, and still are only 4 blocks to the beach or less. Boat in the morning, beach in the afternoon! There plenty of free boat ramps throughout the county and storage facilities for trailers that are very reasonably priced.
Having dolphins, manatees, bald eagles, snook, trout, flounder, snapper, and redfish right in your backyard sure makes winding down from a long day enjoyable.
