Grand Haven Golf Club is a private golf course within the community of Grand Haven. This is an amazing Intracoastal fronted golf club 
designed by the great Golden Bear, (Jack Nicklaus) and it is a signature course of his. Which effectively means that he was directly involved in the design and construction of the golf course.
Offering residents a meticulously manicured, gated and secure community, Grand Haven is made up from smaller patio homes ranging in price from the low $200's to Intracoastal Waterway and golf course fronted, estate homes up to and over $1 million.
There are winding trails for walking and biking throughout the community and miles of paved sidewalks directly on the Intracoastal Waterway where you will see dolphins, manatees, sea birds, boat traffic and more while getting a bit of exercise.
Hammock Beach and The Conservatory at Hammock Beach are absolutely amazing golf courses! Hammock Beach is also a Jack Nicklaus signature course with four holes directly on the Atlantic Ocean. There have been several PGA Champions Tour events held at this gem of a course by the Golden Bear. The final four holes, dubbed, the Bear Claw will challenge golfers abilities all the way to the clubhouse.
Hammock Beach is a private and gated, beachfront community with properties ranging from luxury oceanfront condominium's starting around $275K to modest, 2500 square foot designer homes located on the golf course, lakes, and even 7000 square foot mansions directly on the Atlantic Ocean. The Conservatory at Hammock Beach has been known throughout Florida to be one of, if not the longest golf courses in the state. At 7800 plus yards from the tips, you had better choose your tee box wisely! There are 252 bunkers on this course and tons more grass bunkers, and moguls making this one of the best challenges in Florida. The course is always in Impeccable condition and has a practice facility rivaled by no other course in the area.
Palm Harbor Golf Club is the local city course that was designed in the 1970's by the great LPGA legend, Nancy Lopez.
It offers a great layout with challenging narrow fairways lined with ancient oak tree's and Palm's. It's a very affordable golf course and offer's golfers last minute opportunities to play a great little course.
Palm Harbor offers a mixture of homes that are directly on the golf course, to homes and condominium's located on the Intracoastal Waterway and the more than 30 miles for saltwater canals that lead to the Atlantic ocean. Home and condo prices range anywhere from $100K - over $1 million.
Pine Lakes golf club is a wonderful Arnold Palmer designed golf club that offers wide open fairways with lots of lakes and ponds to avoid at a very affordable price.
This property has a massive clubhouse with a bar and grill that is open for lunch and dinner, and even offers brunch on the weekend. The course itself is a much more forgiving course then some of the other local courses which makes it enjoyable for the beginners as well as boosts confidence for some of the lower handicap golfers.
Pine Lakes, also known as the "W - section" of Palm Coast is primarily owner occupied community with scattered home site's that surround the golf course. In these neighborhoods, you will see gorgeous homes that show pride of ownership. Homes with beautiful landscaping, very clean streets and less rental properties than some of the surrounding communities. Homes in Pine Lakes, range anywhere from $130K - $400K.
Hammock Dunes golf club is an oceanfront golf club designed by the great Tom Fazio. With several holes directly on the Atlantic Ocean, this is an impeccably maintained track that offers beautiful views of the ocean and the beachside landscape that it winds through.
The Creek Course, which has NO HOMES on it, and is tucked away in the tidal marshes of the Intracoastal Waterway is one of the toughest and most pristine courses in Florida.
